でも先生は、悲しいぞ~

Thursday, May 2, 2013

You have to complete each project one by one. If you think that you want to finish the tiny projects like OLD project and 1 page English papers, you should get it done first and bring them to Thursday.
If you haven't started your graduation project, you have to bring ACTUAL stuff (writing or draft, etc) on Thursday. You have to finish your at least 60% of all projects done by Thursday.

4/18 Summary of today's meeting

There are a couple questions about our graduation project.

1) Best 10 (or more) Blog --- You will cut and copy (Old to new) but the last page you have to analyze what your learning process was in English. In order to do that, you have to choose your theme, for example, your language improvement, studying method improvement, etc. Anyway you have to show me PROCESS of learning.
2) graduation project--make sure the following:
①This is NOT informative explanation of a certain topic
②You have to show me what you have been learning through the medium such as video, photo story, etc
③ After ②, you will find the topic, for example, 10 things you can prepare before you will study aboard, my teaching experience in Japan, ect
④Think about what it the most impressive topics for you and start thinking from there
3) OLD project 1 and 2--- if you choose the power point or photo story, you can simply make them into CD and attached to your portfolio or you can print the slides out and write the transcripts on the side. I think I prefer the latter way for power point presentation because PP doesn't have audio.
4) Book review---Start writing summary of your story in Japanese. If you don't know how to summarize the story, you will choose the story that you might use for your analysis parts.
5) Last conclusion--- This is NOT specific aspects of your Japanese language learning, meaning overall impression about your all Japanese language learning lives.
6) I decided that you will submit your portfolio with paper copies.
